THIS IS AN OPEN TOURNAMENT, and all teams are welcome.

LOCATION:  Bend, Oregon

DATES: Saturday, August 30 - Monday, September 1, 2025 (If needed games may be played on Friday night)

DIVISIONS: 18 Wood, 25 Wood, 35 Wood, 45 Wood, 65 Wood

(Division will occur if 4 or more teams register by the final deposit date)

POOL PLAYER FEE:  $115

FORMAT: Pool play consisting of 3 games, Semifinals and Championship game

PLAYOFFS: Semifinal games either Sunday morning or Monday morning.

Full Deposit of $300 needs to be received by July 25th, 2025

Team Fee - Non NABA League Team:

$1,895.00 Team Fee for 15 Players

Full Deposit of $300 needs to be received by July 25th, 2025

Team fee is for 15 player roster.  Additional players over the allotted 15 players: $55 per player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by July 25, 2025 will be taken on a first come, first serve basis to add their team to a division. 

NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT: Any team with 10 or more NABA players who are registered in the NABA registration system online in 2024 or 2025 is classified as an NABA League team and is entitled to the NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT

DEPOSIT DATE:  A $300.00 non-refundable deposit must be received to reserve a spot in the tournament and to earn the discounts by the dates listed above. If you are struggling with a deposit or with team funds, call us, and we will work out a payment plan to help get your team the opportunity to play baseball in the Central Oregon Labor Day Weekend Tournament.

ENTRY INCLUDES: Entry fee includes: 3 guaranteed games, NABA Liability Insurance and a SECONDARY Medical Policy for the team, fields, umpires, baseballs for each game played per team, scorebook, line-up cards, tournament rules, team champion trophy, champion finalist trophy, cash prize for the winning team (champion), championship game MVP award, and championship game gold glove award.

DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a non-refundable $300.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by August 22, 2025.  All fees must be paid for online using the link at the bottom of the page, or by mailing a check to the address below.

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT: No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit.  If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.
